智通财经APP获悉，8月21日，中国证监会国际合作司发布《关于Ligent Technologies, Inc.(纳真科技公司)境外发行上市备案通知书》。纳真科技拟发行不超过310,855,000股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。
据招股书，该公司是全球光通信与光连接产品供应商，致力于光模块、光芯片及光网络终端的研发、制造与销售。2024年，按全球光模块收入计，该公司占有2.9%的市场份额，在全球所有专业光模块厂商中排名第五;按中国光模块收入计，该公司占有7.2%的市场份额，在全球所有专业光模块厂商中排名第三。同年，按全球光模块收入计，该公司在全球所有光模块厂商中排名第七;按中国光模块收入计，该公司在全球所有光模块厂商中排名第四;
此外，按全球数通光模块收入计，该公司占有3.5%的市场份额，在全球所有专业光模块厂商中排名第五，按全球FTTx光模块收入计，该公司占有5.0%的市场份额，在全球所有专业光模块厂商中排名第三，按中国光网络终端盒子收入计，该公司占有4.1%的市场份额，在全球所有专业光网络终端盒子厂商中排名第三。截至最后实际可行日期(2026年2月24日)，该公司亦是全球少数同时拥有光模块和光芯片研发及量产能力的企业之一。
