路透8月24日 - Sable Offshore公司（SOC.N）周一表示，一名美国法官因该公司违反输油管道和解令，对其处以145万美元罚款，但驳回了加利福尼亚州要求暂停其圣塔伊内斯输油管道系统运营的请求。
该裁决允许Sable继续推进其圣塔伊内斯项目的重启和扩建工作——自2015年发生输油管道泄漏事故以来，该公司一直致力于重振该项目。
详情如下：
法院认定，萨布尔公司在未获得加利福尼亚州消防局长授权的情况下重启管道运营，违反了2020年的和解令。
法官裁定，在管道和危险材料安全管理局批准其重启计划后，该公司不再构成违规。
去年，该公司从该项目的一个海上平台重新启动了 (link) 的原油生产，此前因2015年发生原油泄漏事故（当时项目所有者为埃克森美孚 XOM.N），运营已暂停近十年。
在另一宗案件中，法官驳回了加利福尼亚州旨在阻止一项支持Sable公司管道运营的联邦《国防生产法》命令的请求，并裁定该州公园与娱乐部不得采取法律行动阻止Sable公司遵守该命令。
加利福尼亚州已就驳回其初步禁令申请的裁决提出上诉，而另一名被告则就相关的宣告性判决提出了上诉。
