ChainCatcher 消息，Blockworks 研究指出，Hyperliquid 正通过监管倡导与技术调整寻求美国市场的合规路径。报告称，Hyperliquid 的模块化架构（HyperCore 负责交易与清算、Deployer 负责市场创建、Builder 负责用户接入）天然对应传统金融中 DCM、DCO、FCM 的职能分工，但以链上方式实现。
Hyperliquid 目前因与美国市场结构法冲突而被屏蔽。报告认为，许可式 HIP-3 部署（仅限白名单用户的 DEX）是合规路径的关键，注册实体可承担 KYC 及合规义务，同时通过白名单做市商桥接流动性。特朗普近期宣布 CFTC 主席有意将 Hyperliquid 纳入美国监管框架，被视为积极信号。Hyperliquid 政策中心已向 CFTC 和 SEC 提交建议，主张允许注册机构在承担合规责任的前提下使用 HyperCore。
