智通财经APP讯，首创环境(03989)发布公告，本公司全资附属公司深圳前海首创环境投资有限公司(前海首创)拟投资建设河南省新乡市延津县垃圾焚烧供热供汽项目(本项目)，项目总投资为人民币2.54亿元。前海首创将设立全资附属公司延津县首创供热有限公司(公司名称最终以工商注册登记为准)负责本项目的委托运营，其注册资本预计为人民币7625万元。
本项目位于新乡市核心制造业集聚区内，园区蒸汽需求庞大，已与延津县先进制造业开发区和新乡市经开区市政蒸汽管网运营方达成供汽合作意向。本项目运营期29年，运营期回报方式主要为供汽收入与垃圾处理服务费收入。建成后，日处理垃圾500吨，可生产高品质蒸汽25万吨╱年，有效填补区域蒸汽供给缺口。
