智通财经APP讯，力高集团(01622)发布公告，预期截至2026年6月30日止6个月本集团将取得亏损净额约人民币10.5亿元至人民币11.5亿元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月则为亏损净额约人民币7.09亿元;并取得该期间本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币13.5亿元至人民币14.5亿元，而截至2025年6月30日止6个月则为本公司拥有人应占亏损约人民币5.9亿元。
公告称，该期间预期亏损增加，主要归因于融资成本大幅上升。由于中国房地产市场环境持续严峻，以及由此导致部分物业开发项目放缓及暂停，该期间符合资本化条件的借款成本金额大幅减少。因此，较大比例的借款成本被确认为开支。因此，本集团该期间的融资成本净额预计较2025年同期增加约人民币5.3亿元。上述不利影响仅部分被毛利改善以及销售及行政开支减少所抵销。
