Kotak Mahindra Bank (NSE:KOTAKBANK, BOM:500247) said S&P Global Ratings has assigned a BBB rating to its $650 million senior notes under the bank's $1 billion Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
The notes carry a 5.478% coupon, according to a Thursday filing to the Indian exchanges.
