Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE) said Monday it has signed a nonbinding commercial framework with Tillman Global and its data-center platform, Tillman Digital Gateway, to potentially deploy its KRONOS MMR Energy Systems across Tillman's planned artificial intelligence industrial zones in the US.

NANO Nuclear said it intends to collaborate with Tillman for site evaluation and diligence, licensing and development planning, customer engagement and project deployment.

Under the nonbinding framework, the parties are targeting advanced nuclear capacity of 2 gigawatts or more by the mid-2030s and 6 gigawatts or more by 2040, Nano Nuclear said.

The framework includes the proposed issuance of warrants for $100 million in Nano Nuclear shares, most of which will vest upon securing binding reactor purchase commitments and the rest upon meeting project development milestones, the company said.

The framework also includes a $5 million initial restricted stock grant to Tillman, Nano Nuclear said.
