预测市场在美国正受到更多审查，多个州已对相关平台采取法律或监管措施。摩根士丹利员工行为准则涵盖交易和投资事项，包括预测市场，但知情人士未透露更多细节。另一项全国调查显示，21% 的美国成年受访者曾使用预测市场平台，18 至 34 岁人群的比例为 37%。
AI 方面，68% 的实习生每天使用 AI 工具，高于去年的 35% 和 2024 年的 14%；约 70% 的人自费订阅付费 AI 工具，高于去年夏季的 52%。与此同时，61% 的受访者担忧 AI 取代金融岗位，74% 担忧其他行业出现就业替代。超过 60% 的人有兴趣在家中使用人形机器人，10% 表示可能成为早期采用者。
