【伊朗外长回应美对伊经济制裁】伊朗外长在社交媒体发文称：美国对伊朗实施新一轮经济制裁，远非只是针对单一国家持续开展非法“经济战”，而是在向联合国全体独立成员国主张域外管辖权。任何国家均无权合法强迫受本国专属主权管辖的外国银行、企业或机场，断绝与第三国的合法贸易往来。此类次级制裁在国际法中毫无依据。它违背《联合国宪章》第二条第一款确立的主权平等原则，也违反国际法院在尼加拉瓜案中确认的禁止干涉内政习惯国际法。以经济胁迫逼迫主权国家改变其合法政策选择，属于不折不扣的国际不法行为。若再叠加等同于军事侵略的海上封锁，这类要求会使得其他所有国家的主权沦为临时、附条件、可随另一大国意志随意撤销的权利。即便选择顺从，也换不来豁免与尊重；仅仅等于承认本国的银行、企业、机场只能仰仗他国许可开展运营。最终结果将是主权这一联合国框架下国家间体系的根基被彻底侵蚀，并将导致世界倒退回全面传统殖民主义的糟糕局面。
