Dosilicon Returns to Profit in H1; Shares Down 5%

Dosilicon (SHA:688110) returned to profit in the first half, turning around to a net profit attributable to shareholders of 659.3 million yuan from the year-ago attributable loss of almost 111 million yuan, according to a weekend disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.

The Chinese memory chip producer's shares dropped 5% during Monday's midday trade.

Earnings per share were 1.50 yuan, compared to the year-ago loss per share of 0.26 yuan.

Operating revenue soared 336% to 1.50 billion yuan from the year-ago revenue of nearly 343 million yuan.

The company plans to pay a cash dividend of 6 yuan per 10 shares, while 4.9 shares will be issued for every 10 shares through the conversion of capital reserve into share capital.
