8月21日金融一线消息，国家金融监督管理总局办公厅印发《非车险综合治理行动方案》。其中提出，优化行业数据标准。优化险种分类，为产品报备、业务管理、统计监测提供统一标准。制定费用分摊指引，规范财产保险公司费用分摊程序与标准。完善保险统计制度，优化统计指标体系。
加快推进系统建设。升级统信系统，细化经营数据监测指标与颗粒度，统一非车险数据监测标准。银保信公司要分步推进非车险业务平台建设。保险业协会要推动财产保险公司保险产品自主注册平台更好发挥作用。上海保交所要提升保险交易服务功能。
强化数据积累使用。归集承保、理赔、费用等全流程数据，建设覆盖主要险种、主要风险维度的行业级数据库。探索运用大数据、数字化和智能化技术，开展异常监测、风险画像、费率回溯等分析应用，为监管决策、产品定价、风险管控等提供数据支持。
