8月24日金融一线消息，浦发银行公告，经相关监管机构批准，上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司在全国银行间债券市场发行“上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司 2026 年第一期绿色金融债券”（以下简称“本期债券”），并在银行间市场清算所股份有限公司完成债券的登记、托管。

　　本期债券于 2026 年 8 月 20 日簿记建档，2026 年8 月24 日发行完毕，发行总规模为人民币 150 亿元，期限为 3 年期。按利率类型分为两个品种，品种一为固定利率债券，发行规模为 100 亿元，票面利率 1.53%；品种二为浮动利率债券，发行规模为 50 亿元，票面利率挂钩 1 年期 LPR 下浮 142bps，首期票面利率1.58%。

　　本期债券的募集资金将依据适用法律和监管部门的批准，用于《绿色金融支持项目目录（2025 年版）》规定的绿色产业项目。
