金吾财讯 | 港股PCB概念股整体反弹，截至发稿，建滔积层板（01888）涨5.13%，建滔集团（00148）涨4.39%，鼎泰高科（01377）涨2.70%，东岳集团（00189）涨2.02%，胜宏科技（02476）涨1.08%。消息面上，上海证券新近研究指，受AI算力需求爆发带动，高端印制电路板PCB供不应求，价格持续走高。制造端，高多层、高密度互连、HDI、高速高频PCB的需求持续增加。AI服务器需求爆发与上游材料供应受限叠加，与普通服务器相比，AI服务器需要搭载数量更多、层数更高、性能更强的PCB，尤其是围绕GPU、CPU、HBM、网络连接、电源管理以及高速互连等环节，PCB不仅数量增加，对材料、层数、线宽线距以及高速信号传输性能的要求也越来越高。客户端，AI服务器、GPU集群、交换机等数据中心设备正在成为越来越重要的需求来源，部分中国制造商近期下达的PCB订单，交货时间已经被排到2028年。此外，高盛此前在全球印刷电路板（PCB）和覆铜板（CCL）行业报告中预计，全球AI服务器PCB市场将在2027年达到375亿美元，较早前预测上调38%，2028年进一步增至840亿美元；CCL市场2027年预计达到221亿美元，上调18%，2028年则有望增至480亿美元。
