正被软银集团收购的美国私募股权公司 DigitalBridge 集团，将从奥斯格里德集团（ Ausgrid Group）手中收购澳大利亚规模最大的智能电表服务商之一。当前澳大利亚能源转型相关基础设施的市场需求持续攀升。
这家美国企业发布声明称，由 DigitalBridge 管理的一家投资主体已达成协议，收购奥斯格里德集团内部独立运营实体 PLUS ES。该业务面向零售电力企业、公用事业公司以及电网运营商提供计量与数据服务，在全国电力市场范围内管理约 200 万台电表。
澳大利亚家庭正成为能源转型的重要推动力量，市场亟需能够监测、管理日趋分散化电力系统的基础设施。该国人均屋顶太阳能装机规模位居全球首位，约 4% 的家庭装配了家用储能电池。智能电表能够提供数据与网络连接能力，助力将上述设备接入电网。
DigitalBridge 亚太区负责人、高级董事总经理贾斯汀・常表示：“PLUS ES 恰好处于数字基础设施与能源转型两大领域的黄金交汇点。”
本次交易仍需满足监管审批等常规交割条件，交易金额未对外披露。
