Dongbang Transport Logistics (KRX:004140) issued 118th series private placement convertible bonds in South Korea, according to a Friday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The company will issue convertible bonds worth 12 billion won, the filing said.
Shares of Dongbang Transport & Logistics rose over 1% at market close.
