Altria (MO) said Friday that Steven Presley has joined its board of directors, effective on Thursday.
Presley is currently CEO of Refresco Benelux, a global beverage company.
Presley will serve as a member of the board's Compensation and Talent Development, Innovation and Finance committees, Altria said.
Altria shares were 0.6% higher in premarket trading.
