【蒙草生态：二连浩特PPP项目提前终止并实施债务重组】蒙草生态公告称，公司控股子公司绿景生态与二连浩特市园林绿化中心协商，提前终止二连浩特国家重点开发开放试验区生态环境治理公共基础设施建设工程PPP项目，同步开展债务重组。本次终止补偿金总金额为5.13亿元，其中专项债券资金下达后支付3.23亿元，剩余款项分3次于2027年至2029年每年年末等额支付。该事项已经公司董事会审议通过，无需提交股东会审议，不构成关联交易及重大资产重组，对公司利润影响较小。
