Shell (SHEL) ended talks with Unimot months ago over offloading its stake in Germany's Russia-linked Schwedt refinery, Bloomberg reported Thursday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The refinery, majority-owned by Russian oil firm Rosneft PJSC, has been stuck in an ownership deadlock since 2022, according to the report.

Shell did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
