Oxford Industries (OXM) is expected to deliver a 5 cent Q2 EPS beat, driven by stronger-than-expected Tommy Bahama performance, UBS said in a note Tuesday.

The report said the firm is expected to maintain a cautious stance amid macro uncertainty and reaffirm its fiscal 2026 EPS guidance of $2.30 to $2.70. The Q2 results are due Sept. 3.

The note also said Q3 outlook is likely to be in-line, and investor expectations are largely consistent with this perspective.

"We doubt OXM's report leads to meaningful changes to Street estimates or its P/E," the report said. UBS maintained a neutral rating and a $40 price target.
