智通财经APP讯，时代邻里(09928)发布2026年中期业绩，收入13.05亿元，同比增长7.3%;母公司拥有人应占利润6526.7万元，同比增长2.2%;每股基本盈利7分。
物业管理服务板块仍是集团的最大收入来源。于截至2026年6月30日止六个月，集团物业管理服务收入达到约人民币8.634亿元，占集团总收入约66.2%。有关增加主要原因综合为以下几点：(i)集团积极开展第三方市场的拓展，来源于第三方开发商的物业管理面积同比增长了12.1%，使得整体物业管理服务收入增加约人民币7360万元，增幅约9.3%;(ii)集团继续积极开展资产管理业务(主要为房屋经纪业务)，同时战略性减少低利润的美居业务，综合影响使得社区增值服务收入同比减少人民币1250万元，减幅约9.9%;(iii)集团积极开展其他专业服务业务，其中工业物流地产服务收入获得了良好稳定增长，使得其他专业服务收入同比增加人民币2810万元，增幅约9.4%。
集团本期间加大业务拓展活动，有效带动收入及毛利实现增长，同时，本期间的认沽期权公允价值收益以及金融资产及合同资产减值损失净额同比下降，综合使得期间利润有所上升。
