路透8月25日 - 美国公用事业公司埃克塞隆（Exelon） EXC.O 周二宣布，任命罗伯特·克莱钦斯基（Robert Kleczynski）为首席财务官，自10月5日起生效。
该公司表示，克莱钦斯基一直负责埃克塞隆的会计、报告和税务工作，通过加强财务治理，为持续投资可靠的能源基础设施提供了支持。
他将接替珍妮·琼斯（Jeanne Jones）的职务，后者将出任财务与战略执行副总裁。
琼斯自2022年起担任公司首席财务官，此前曾任企业财务高级副总裁，负责管理与投资者、分析师及评级机构的沟通工作。
此次人事变动是更广泛重组计划的一部分，其中包括首席运营官迈克·因诺琴佐（Mike Innocenzo）计划于2027年离职——他同时兼任宾夕法尼亚州最大电力和天然气公用事业公司PECO的临时总裁兼首席执行官。
ComEd首席财务官乔什·莱文（Josh Levin）将于2027年1月1日出任埃克塞隆公司财务高级副总裁，负责监督长期财务规划、投资者关系及业务规划。
