Oura, the Finnish health technology company, is looking to raise up to $3 billion in a US initial public offering, Bloomberg reported Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

The IPO is expected to take place as soon as in September and could value the company, which makes the Oura Ring for tracking health and fitness, at more than $16 billion.

Existing investors are expected to sell a significant portion of their holdings in the offering, the media outlet added.

Oura did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
