Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) logged AU$0.136 in operating basic EPS for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.122 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$310 million versus AU$309.4 million previously, the Australia-listed real estate fund manager added.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.50 per share, down from AU$0.80 a year earlier, payable Aug. 27 to shareholders on record as of June 29.

The company expects fiscal 2027 operating earnings per share of AU$0.13 and a dividend of AU$0.104 per share.
