报告期内，公司持续推进产品结构优化升级，中高端及健康品类引领增长。通过深化“青岛啤酒+崂山啤酒”品牌战略，依托“1+1+1+2+N”产品矩阵，构建多元化增长引擎。上半年青岛啤酒主品牌实现销量 270.8 万千升，其中中高端以上产品实现销量 204.4 万千升，同比增长 2.6%。
公司持续强化大单品与生鲜产品的市场领先地位，以核心大单品稳固基本盘，以战略单品开拓增量市场;同时加速布局新兴赛道，构建更加均衡、可持续的增长结构。上半年经典系产品实现焕新升级，继续保持稳健增长;白啤、轻干产品强势增长，其中白啤凭借“世界金奖品质”持续领跑行业细分赛道，位居行业白啤品类第一;轻干精准卡位“零糖低卡”健康赛道，快速成长为品类标杆。公司落地与国际化高端品牌的战略合作，与德国保拉纳集团合作生产的全麦拉格啤酒上市即获认可，进一步夯实高端产品布局。
