2025 年，经济学家 Asdrubal Oliveros 指出，Venezuela 近 80% 的原油收入通过稳定币支付。今年，P2P 稳定币市场交易量相当于该国月度原油出口量的 75%，币安 P2P 订单簿中 90.2% 的挂单包含 USDT。Argentina 在货币管制结束后仍保持稳定币需求，部分用户将其用于流动性管理及对冲本币贬值。Bolivia 正评估将 USDT 纳入金融体系，Tether 市值已突破 1,800 亿美元。
