China Longyuan Power (SHE:001289, HKG:0916) offered sci-tech innovation bonds worth 1 billion yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Thursday.
The offering period was between Tuesday, Aug. 25, and Wednesday, and Aug. 26.
The bonds have a coupon rate of 1.63% and a subscription multiple of 5.78 times.
The power company's Hong Kong shares fell 2%, while Shenzhen shares slipped 1% during the midday trade.
