FDC Consolidated Swings to Fiscal 2026 Loss, Revenue Up

FDC Consolidated Holdings (ASX:FDC) logged AU$2.3114 in loss per share for the fiscal 2026, compared with a profit of AU$3.0088 a year ago, a Thursday filing showed.

For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue was AU$1.69 billion versus AU$1.5 billion previously, the Australia-listed building services contractor added.

The company expects fiscal 2027 revenue of AU$1.9 billion and normalized earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) of AU$100 million, implying a normalized EBIT margin of 5.3%. It expects to pay dividends equivalent to 70% to 90% of net profit after tax.

The company's shares were up 2% in recent Thursday trade.
