ChainCatcher 消息，Chainalysis 组织了一场名为“灯塔行动”（Operation Lighthouse）的多日行动，利用区块链情报调查传播儿童性虐待材料的网络。该行动以纽约国家网络犯罪取证与培训联盟为总部，与欧洲刑警组织、澳大利亚联邦警察、加拿大皇家骑警及英国国家犯罪署等全球执法机构合作。
行动调查了超过 2.9 万个加密货币地址和数字标识，锁定 100 多个相关论坛和枢纽，生成了超过 1.4 万条调查线索，嫌疑人分布于 125 个国家，其中部分为已登记的性犯罪者。多家加密企业参与其中，包括支付公司 Block，以及互联网观察基金会等非营利机构。
Binance 反儿童性剥削高级项目经理 Gavin Sather 表示，区块链的透明性使得犯罪分子难以长期隐藏其罪行。
