CALM Chain Files US IPO for 5 Million Shares, With Expected Price of $5-$7 Each

CALM Chain International, the British Virgin Islands holding company of Hong Kong human resources firm TalentQuest HR, has filed for a US initial public offering of 5 million Class A ordinary shares, according to a filing Wednesday.
The shares are expected to price between $5.00 and $7.00 each and list on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol "CCIL," the filing said, with the offering representing 24.39% of the company's Class A shares outstanding post-IPO.
CALM Chain said it expects net proceeds of about $26.2 million at the midpoint offering price of $6.00 per share, to be used for Asia Pacific business expansion, AI technology adoption, and general working capital.
