China Longyuan Power to Acquire 100% Stake in Henan Wind Project

China Longyuan Power (HKG:0916, SHE:001289) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Shanghai Investment, plans to acquire 100% of Yuanjing New Energy, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Yuanjing New Energy operates the Kunwu 100MW Wind Power Project in Henan, and the acquisition is valued at 148.6 million yuan.
The project, located in Puyang, achieved full-capacity grid connection in January 2025.
Longyuan Power said the acquisition will help expand its market share in northern Henan and optimize its regional business footprint.
