上月，上市公司“国锐生活”正式更名为“春雨医疗”，标志着国锐生活全面转型AI驱动的全生命周期健康服务平台。今年3月，国锐生活正式完成收购春雨医生的首次付款交割，自当日起纳入集团财务报表。半年时间，以传统物业和资产管理为主业的国锐生活，完成了一次跨界收购，将一家拥有70万+医生、近2亿用户的互联网医疗平台收入囊中，更将自身重新定义为一家医疗科技公司，明确了向AI驱动的数字医疗服务平台转型的战略方向。
春雨医生自2011年创立以来，已积累近2亿注册用户、超70万签约医师、约3亿份健康档案，获批持有《医疗机构执业许可证》等稀缺核心牌照。收购完成以来，春雨医生的核心能力已开始向线下场景延伸，从“线上问诊”走向“身边服务”。与此同时，国锐集团将深度协同下属产业科技板块及资产管理板块，将春雨医生的数字医疗服务能力向更广泛的物业、社区及城市延伸。
