路透8月25日 - 加息还是不加息？这是韩国央行本周面临的问题——韩元多头希望答案是“加息”。路透调查的35位经济学家中，有18位预计韩国央行将于周四将指标利率上调25个基点至3.0%。其余17位则预期利率将维持不变。继韩国央行7月时隔三年半首次加息后，市场对连续第二次加息的预期推动韩元兑美元于周一升至11个月高点——美元兑韩元触及1,376.50的低点；在韩国央行7月加息前，美元兑韩元处于1,500韩元之上。上周五，韩国央行新任副总裁权珉秀表示，货币政策决策将“非常谨慎地进行，并在必要时灵活应对”。路透上周发布的一项调查结果显示，韩元看涨押注已升至2025年6月以来的最高水平。
