Duality Biotherapeutics (HKG:9606) partnered with Roche Group's Genentech to develop oncology drugs based on the DualityBio Unique Payload Antibody Conjugate platform, according to a Friday disclosure on the Hong Kong bourse.
The Hong Kong-listed biotherapy company will receive an upfront payment of $45 million as part of the deal, as well as milestone payments of over $1 billion.
Duality will also receive tiered royalty payments on annual net sales of products approved from the partnership.
