智通财经APP讯，信邦控股(01571)发布截至2026年6月30日止6个月中期业绩，收入14.59亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少6.28%;母公司拥有人应占溢利2.14亿元，同比减少11.66%;每股基本盈利21.3分。拟派发中期股息每股15.0港仙。
公告称，于报告期间内，集团收入减少主要归因于COVID-19疫情期间取得的项目数量减少，这持续影响报告期间内进入量产的项目数量。此外，地缘政治因素导致石油价格高企，致使若干客户减少或延迟订单，进而对集团的收入造成不利影响。尽管宏观经济与贸易环境不明朗，集团仍审慎管理订单交付、生产分配及成本结构。
