智通财经APP讯，华能国际电力股份(00902)发布公告，华能国际电力股份有限公司(以下简称“发行人”)面向专业投资者公开发行面值不超过400亿元(含400亿元)的公司债券(以下简称“本次债券”)已经上海证券交易所审核同意，并经中国证券监督管理委员会同意注册(证监许可〔2026〕2109号)。华能国际电力股份有限公司2026年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券(第一期)(以下简称“本期债券”)发行规模不超过人民币 15亿元(含15亿元)。本期债券分两个品种，品种一发行期限为10年，品种二发行期限为15年。
发行人和主承销商于2026年8月26日在网下向专业机构投资者进行了票面利率询价，根据网下向专业机构投资者询价簿记结果，经发行人和主承销商充分协商和审慎判断，最终确定本期债券品种一(债券简称：26HPI01K，代码： 245978.SH)未实际发行，本期债券品种二(债券简称：26HPI02K，代码： 245979.SH)票面利率为2.12%。
发行人将按上述票面利率于2026年8月27日面向专业投资者网下发行。
