于2026年6月30日，本集团合共营运31间厂房，其中九间位于中国内地、21间位于越南及一间位于印尼，平均利用率为87.5%。本集团继续灵活调配三大生产基地的产能，以确保及时交付，敏捷应对订单模式的转变。本集团亦透过自动化、供应链优化及严谨的生产规划，持续提升生产效率。自动化流程可提升生产力并减少对人手的依赖;而本地化采购、公开招标及就主要原料作远期采购的策略，则有助缓解地缘政治局势变化所引致的成本压力与价格波动。
