蓝鲸新闻8月26日讯（记者 王婉莹）今日，华鑫股份（600621.SH）披露2026年半年报。数据显示，子公司华鑫证券实现营收13.67亿元，同比增超2成，子公司华鑫证券归属于上市股东的净利润4.31亿元，同比近翻倍。截至2026年6月30日，华鑫证券总资产557.83亿元，净资产87.86亿元。
从业务来看，上半年，华鑫股份经纪业务实现营业收入6.02亿元，同比增长30.34%。资管业务表现较为出色，报告期内，资管业务实现营业收入2亿元，同比大幅增长130.42%。截至报告期末，华鑫证券资管业务总规模达到1780亿元，同比实现较大幅度增长，持续加码“多资产多策略”体系布局。
相比之下，华鑫股份的投行业务受市场环境影响面临较大挑战，收入出现明显下滑。报告期内，投行业务实现营业收入3707万元，同比减少60.77%，主要系投行业务手续费佣金收入下降所致。
自营投资业务方面，报告期内，华鑫股份证券投资业务实现营业收入2.37亿元，同比增长16.92%，主要系自营投资业务的投资收益增长驱动。（蓝鲸新闻 王婉莹 wangwanying@lanjinger.com)
