BC2 Asset Management has exercised its option to purchase Polaris' (SGX:5BI) investment property in Singapore for SG$980,000, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The smart mobile device and lifestyle electronics retailer received 5% of the consideration, with the remaining 95% payable on completion, slated for Oct. 21.
