消息面上，过去普通服务器PCB要求并不高，但AI服务器的数据传输速度大幅提升，对PCB提出了更高要求：更低损耗、更高频率、更高散热能力、更高可靠性。这意味着传统PCB材料逐渐无法满足需求，产业链必须升级。
花旗指出，产业链正在向上游材料端扩散。高速AI服务器需要更高性能PCB，而高端PCB离不开特殊玻璃纤维布、高频高速覆铜板和先进铜箔。
