金吾财讯 | Builders First Source（BLDR）与Digs于周二宣布达成战略合作，Builders First Source领投Digs规模2530万美元的A轮融资，同时双方签署一份为期五年的商业协议，服务面向住宅建筑商群体。本次合作将整合Builders First Source的数字生态、客户资源与产品数据库，叠加Digs的AI技术能力，简化住宅建筑全生命周期当中各项业务流程。Builders First Source在美国43个州布局约565个经营网点，服务客户数量超14万家，拥有住宅建材领域广泛的线下渠道与行业客户基础。引入Digs的AI平台之后，公司有望借助智能化工具优化从设计、物料选配到施工跟进的整套业务链条，降低住宅建造环节的沟通成本与流程损耗。对于Digs而言，本轮融资与五年商业协议为其AI建筑平台带来稳定落地场景，可依托合作方庞大客户池加速技术商业化；Builders First Source则借AI赋能，完成传统建材服务商向数字化建造服务商的转型尝试。市场后续将重点关注AI工具落地后的实际效率改善，以及该合作能否为公司带来增量业务收入。
