Box Fiscal Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Q3 Guidance Set

Box (BOX) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.40 per diluted share, up from $0.33 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.40.

Revenue for the three months ended July 31 was $321.1 million, up from $294 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $319.3 million.

For fiscal Q3, the company expects non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.39 on revenue of $329 million. Analysts expect EPS of $0.39 on revenue of $325 million.

For the full-year fiscal 2027, the company expects non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.54 on revenue of $1.29 billion.

Analysts expect EPS of $1.58 on revenue of $1.28 billion.
