ChainCatcher 消息，加密基础设施提供商 Zerohash 已向美国货币监理署（OCC）重新提交国家信托银行牌照申请，这是其继 7 月申请被退回后的第二次尝试。此前，OCC 于 7 月 17 日将 Zerohash 的申请退回，理由是申请存在“材料不足”。
Zerohash 表示，退回属于行政流程，允许其在本月重新申请，该做法与 OCC 协调进行，并非对申请实质内容的裁决，也不影响公司现有运营。公司称，首次申请覆盖了“广泛的数字资产和受托服务”，因此决定采取“分阶段”方式，聚焦“更符合既定上线时间表的国家信托业务”。
Zerohash 是一家总部位于芝加哥的加密基础设施平台，为摩根士丹利旗下 E*Trade、贝莱德、富兰克林邓普顿、Stripe、盈透证券及 DraftKings 等机构提供加密业务后端运营支持，并已持有州信托银行牌照。
