期研究，包括单药疗法、联合 EGFR
单抗(西妥昔单抗)或联合化疗(培美曲塞)三种治疗方案。这项多中心、开放标签、随机化临床研究将在全国数十家研究中心展开，牵头中心为广东省人民医院。GFH375/VS-7375
是国内首款获得 NSCLC 突破性疗法认定(BTD)的 KRAS G12D 抑制剂，也已获得美国 FDA 授予的快速通道资格认定(FTD)、治疗 KRAS
G12D 突变型局部晚期不可切除或转移性 NSCLC。
