第一太平(00142.HK)上半年营收额上升6%至53亿美元，归母净利润超3亿美元

　　格隆汇8月27日丨第一太平(00142.HK)公布中期业绩，2026年上半年，集团营业额由去年同期的50亿美元上升6%至53亿美元，反映Indofood所有产品分部的销售额均上升；MPTC的道路收费上升，以及Maynilad的收费用水的用量增加而带动MPIC收入上升；PLP的收入增加，因平均售价增加。 　　期内，集团经常性溢利达3.659亿美元，母公司拥有人应占溢利达3.015亿美元，每股基本盈利7.09美仙。拟宣布派发中期分派每股普通股13.00港仙。 　　于2026年6月30日，总公司债务总额维持约15亿美元，其中包括公司唯一一项尚未赎回债券，其为3.5亿美元，7年期无抵押，4.375厘息率，将于2027年9月11日到期，以及约11亿美元的银行贷款。约54%的总公司借款为定息(包括利率掉期)，而其余部分则为浮动利率银行贷款。混合平均利率由4.6%下降至约4.5%，平均到期年期为3.4年。所有总公司借款均无抵押。继总值为3亿美元银行贷款于2026年上半年以较低利率进行再融资后，债务的到期年期介乎2027年至2034年。 　　第一太平近年因股价大幅上升，备受市场喜爱，惟近月因汇率走弱以及中东冲突引发阻力，对集团营运公司业务所在地的经济体造成不利影响，导致股价升势暂歇。监于第一太平的优质业务及营运所在市场展现的强劲韧性，管理层对未来抱持高度审慎，但同时充满信心。
