智通财经APP讯，粤海置地(00124)发布2026年中期业绩,该集团取得收入35.32亿港元，同比减少38.6%;公司持有者应占溢利1.11亿港元，同比减少60.6%;每股基本溢利6.49港仙。
公告称，收入减少主要因来自销售持有待售物业的总楼面面积减少。影响本集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月业绩的主要因素包括：(a)本集团于本回顾期内交付的物业主要是佛山•粤海壹桂府及广州•粤海云港城项目;其中广州•粤海云港城项目的毛利率较高，本回顾期内交付的总楼面面积减少，带动物业销售溢利较2025年同期有所减少;(b)受最新房地产市场环境影响，基于本集团部分物业项目存在减值迹象，本集团于本回顾期内计提了存货减值拨备约1.21亿港元(2025年6月30日止六个月：7.68亿港元);及(c)本集团于本回顾期内录得投资物业公允值亏损(扣除相关递延税项支出)约1091万港元(2025年6月30日止六个月：9881万港元)。
