智通财经APP获悉，融创中国(01918)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨7.34%，报0.585港元，成交额1.1亿港元。
消息面上，融创中国发布公告称，确立“资产管理+资产运营”为战略转型升级方向，地产业务将从传统的投资开发一体化模式，分拆为资产管理和项目建设运营管理两大独立业务板块。作为新战略落地的关键一步，融创同步宣布以1.23亿元收购房地产轻资产管理公司而今管理100%股权。
按照公告规划，资管与建管两大板块将各自独立拓展市场化业务，同时互相支持协同发展。资管业务聚焦房地产领域的资金整合与投资机会挖掘；建管业务则为投资项目及第三方项目提供建设、运营、销售等轻资产服务。
