【日本9月和10月不再额外释放国家石油储备】日本经济产业大臣赤泽亮正周二表示，日本计划在9月和10月不再额外释放国家石油储备。他表示，由于通常通过曼德海峡的油轮正在改道选择耗时更长的苏伊士航线，日本，9月份的原油采购量预计将从8月份的100%降至去年月均采购量的80%左右。“对于已经决定释放的国家储备，其中仍有一部分由于替代供应保障工作取得进展而尚未使用。利用这部分储备，将确保原油供应达到去年平均月份的水平。”他补充称，日本预计10月原油采购量将恢复至去年的月均水平。
