AECC Aviation Power's (SHA:600893) plans to gratuitously transfer the asset group related to aero engine production at its headquarters to its subsidiary, Xi'an Hongqi Aero Engine, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.
The book value of the assets was 26.4 billion yuan, while liabilities were 15.5 billion yuan.
Moreover, the book value of the remaining assets was 30.3 billion yuan, with remaining liabilities, including short-term borrowings, valued at 5.17 billion yuan.
The Chinese aerospace product distributor's shares fell 2% during the morning trade.
