中国能源新闻网讯（周倜然）8月25日，国家能源局发布1-7月份全国电力统计数据。
截至7月底，全国累计发电装机容量40.8亿千瓦，同比增长11.0%。其中，太阳能发电装机容量12.9亿千瓦，同比增长16.1%；风电装机容量6.9亿千瓦，同比增长19.5%。
40.8亿千瓦的总装机规模，继续刷新全球纪录。风电、太阳能发电合计装机已接近20亿千瓦。这个数字，超过了许多国家全部电源装机之和。
从增速来看，风电以19.5%的同比增幅领跑所有电源品种，光伏以16.1%紧随其后。两者增速均远超总装机11.0%的平均线，依然是拉动装机增长的主力引擎。
从增量来看，1-7月，全国新增发电装机容量19397万千瓦，比上年同期减少13851万千瓦，同比降幅约41.7%。风电、太阳能发电新增装机明显收缩，而火电、核电、水电逆势增长。
其中，太阳能发电新增8615万千瓦，同比减少13922万千瓦，降幅高达61.8%；风电新增4707万千瓦，同比减少778万千瓦，降幅约14.2%。火电不降反升，新增5030万千瓦，同比增加392万千瓦，增长约8.5%。核电新增362万千瓦，同比增加362万千瓦，同比增长100%。
1-7月份，全国发电设备累计平均利用1671小时，比上年同期降低135小时。
