金吾财讯 | 经双方完成所需内部程序，香港与秘鲁的自由贸易协定（《自贸协定》）将于9月一日生效。《自贸协定》为香港的制造商、服务提供者和投资者进入秘鲁市场时，提供具法律保障的更优惠待遇和市场准入，以创造商机，加强两地贸易和投资往来。货物贸易方面，秘鲁承诺对出口秘鲁的香港原产货物，撤销约98.3%的关税税目的关税，当中91.3%的关税税目在《自贸协定》生效后即时获免除关税，而余下7%的关税税目的关税将被逐步撤销。出口往秘鲁的香港原产货物将更具竞争力。除了关税优惠，业界亦可受惠于便利贸易措施和减少贸易壁垒。服务贸易方面，香港的服务提供者在超过150个服务行业可受惠于秘鲁在《自贸协定》下的具体承诺。这些承诺涵盖香港具传统优势或发展潜力的界别，包括专业服务、电脑及相关服务、研究及发展服务、金融服务，以及运输服务。投资方面，秘鲁将根据《自贸协定》给予香港投资者国民待遇。为进一步加强香港与秘鲁之间的投资流动，两地已完成促进和保护投资协定（投资协定）的谈判，并会在各自完成所需内部程序后签订协定。
